CAJAC Digital Archives Management Inc. is a specialist media preservation and archive digitization company. We provide end-to-end services for legacy audiovisual collections — from initial assessment through to final digital delivery.

We work with institutions, media organizations, foundations, corporations, production companies, artists, families and private archive owners. Every project is managed directly by CAJAC staff.

Every engagement is scoped and executed as a defined project with agreed deliverables, timelines and acceptance criteria. Physical materials are handled in controlled conditions throughout and returned to clients with full documentation at completion.

Quality control is built into every stage of our workflow. Files are reviewed against agreed technical specifications before they leave us. Anything that doesn't meet the standard is flagged, documented and addressed.

Physical materials are tracked under documented chain-of-custody procedures from receipt through to return. Every transfer is recorded and confirmed in writing.
